Ingredients
- 150 g atta
- 3 g salt
- 120 g hot water
Preparations
- Mix everything together.
- Shape the dough into a smooth ball. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Shape each piece into a round ball.
- Heat up a cast-iron pan or tawa
- Roll each piece into a thin, round shape using extra flour to prevent sticking.
- Cook on pan/tawa until slightly golden in color, turning when necessary.
