Guacamole

The basic guac according to seriouseats.

Ingredients

• 1 small onion
• 1 lime
• 2 avocados
• a few green chilies/jalapeños (adjusted to taste)
• a small bunch of fresh coriander
• salt to taste

Preparations

• In a blender, add onion, green chilies, coriander, and salt. Squeeze in the juice from the whole lime.
• Blend until a smooth paste forms.
• At this point, you can store (part of) the paste in the fridge if you’re planning to have some more guac tomorrow.
• Otherwise, scoop out the avocados, and mix with the paste with a potato masher.
• Adjust salt to taste.
