Salsa
Red salsa.
Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 green chilies, or to taste
- salt to taste
Preparations
- In a small pot, bring around 3 cups of water to a boil.
- Add 2 whole tomatoes, garlic, and green chilies. Cook until the tomato skin begins to peel off.
- Remove contents from hot water, let cool.
- Remove tomato skin when it’s not too hot to handle.
- Remove the stems from the chilies. Take extra care as the chilies could be filled with very hot water.
- Blend the garlic, chilies, and peeled tomato to a paste.
- Add salt to taste.
