Ingredients

- 350 g all purpose flour (you can substitute a part with whole wheat ones for extra texture)
- 300 g yoghurt
- 2 tsp instant yeast (at room temperature or slightly warmer for better yeast performance)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
seasonings
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
Preparations

- Combine flour (350 g), yoghurt (300 g), yeast (2 tsp), salt (1 tsp), sugar (1 tsp) and form a dough.
- Let rise in a warm place for around 1 hour.
seasonings
- In a small bowl combine olive oil (2 tbsp), garlic powder (1 tsp), red pepper flakes (1 tsp), dried parsley (1 tbsp) and dried oregano (1 tbsp).
baking
- Preheat oven in 220 degrees C (425 degrees F).
- Divide the dough in to smaller portions and roll out to a thin cylindrical shape. Shape them into whatever shape you want.
- Brush on the seasonings.
- Cover and let rise again for around 20 minutes.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until they are slightly browned.
- Let cool and enjoy.
