Ingredients
- 150 g atta
- 3 g salt
- 110 g warm water (This should be a drier dough than roti)
- frying oil
Preparations
- Mix everything together.
- Shape the dough into a smooth ball. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Shape each piece into a round ball.
- Heat up frying oil in your vessel of choice.
- Roll each piece into a thin, round shape, using oil instead of flour to prevent sticking.
- Fry, one at a time. The pooris should puff up like a ball.
